1. Only hire a practitioner holding the proper license.
2. Only hire a licensed mental health practitioner who has worked for over 10 years within private and public school settings.
3. Only hire licensed and credential practitioners with over 10 years experience in special education or therapeutic boarding school placements.
4. For international placement, make certain that the practitioner has proper training in cross cultural identification.
5. For domestic placements, make certain that the practitioner tours schools and programs throughout the year, and tours the facilities.
